Description
Counselling, Relaxation sessions, Mindfulness sessions, Veterans Breakfasts (2 x monthly), Veterans Activitydays, Veterans Awaydays. We propose to start Veterans Peer Support and Drop-in from mid-September.
Once set up we hope to link to Legion Scotland, SSAFA, NHS Services.
Please note that our Veterans Project is one of many services we operate. We are a community based Mental Health charity offering a range of supports and services to people aged 11 and over. Our Veterans Project is funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust and by the Scottish Veterans Fund.
Our Charity has been in operation since 1992 and our Veterans Project has been running since 2019, though it dropped off during COVID and picked up again at the end of last year.
