Description
We are a veteran run non-profit company, founded by Twiggy Roberts (Royal Marines). We are a Drop-In Centre and training facility in Maidstone, Kent.
Our aims are to create a safe space for veterans to socialise and gather the support they haven’t been able to find elsewhere. We offer a base to help veterans adapt to civilian life. Our overall objective is to have a solid support system in place for anyone who walks through the door.
The Centre will have an onsite Mental Health therapist who specialises in PTSD. Private rooms will also be convertible to classrooms where veterans will learn key life skills such as CV and Will writing classes. With a Therapy garden and social area, we want our Drop-In Centre to be welcoming and supportive to veterans who are struggling to adapt to life away from the military.
