Tuesday – Whitehough eco projects and maintenance. Mixed football fitness. Mixed football training.
Wednesday – mixed fitness
Thursday – crown green bowls. social session. ladies only fitness
Friday – one to one drop-in centre
Coming soon – rugby and spouse social session
All sessions are free and open to veterans and their family members. Refreshments and biscuits are always available and free (less breakfast)
